Returns & Exchanges.

We accept returns or exchanges* for domestic orders within 14 days and international orders within 30 days from the completed date of delivery. The online returns/exchange form must be submitted within 14 days for local orders.

*Only Full-priced items may be refunded. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs and card fees associated with the order.

Sale items, items bought during our promotion periods and items purchased with promo/discount codes are not eligible for any return, exchange or refund.

For exchanges, return the item(s) for exchange to our studio, please note that customers have to bear the cost for postage for exchange of sizes. We will process the exchange after we have received the returned item(s) provided that it meets our policy and ship the new item(s) out once any outstanding amount eg. new shipping fee is paid.

Refunds will only be offered under the circumstance of faulty products received. Minor loose threads and slight colour difference from the online presentation due to monitor resolutions are not considered defects or faulty.

Customers are advised to try on the swimwear with their undergarments for hygiene purposes. Items for return/exchange must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with their tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please note that returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy will be rejected.

Return delivery fees are borne by the customer.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/REFUND?

Please contact us at customercare@solandocean.com with the title Exchange/Refund. Indicate if you would like to exchange or refund.

Mail the item back together with the address that will be provided in our response email

We will process your exchange/refund within 3-5 working days after we have received your returned item.
